An inspection report shall be finished with customers and gain their signature to confirm the quality of finished engineering and coverage.
The company will establish special China Communication technology supporting archive, inquire for the service demand actively and carry out door to door service regularly. The after- sale service includes technique support, system testing, equipment maintenance, reset and maintenance service. According to the service terms, site inspection shall be carried out on half a year, quarterly or monthly basis.
